Our room was right on the waterfront. Bed was very firm. Had to inspect the bedding...not clean. Beautiful view. Near major highway.
We love its location and room with a view of the water is nice too. We will be back
The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was located on a quiet street. Our room had a view of the water, which was very nice to wake up to. Everyone was very friendly and some people were enjoying a fire outside that's available for those staying at the hotel. Would stay again and recommend to others.
Staff is awesome. Bonnie and Laurie were both EXCELLENT HELPFUL and professional. Sturgeon Bay people are the BEST.
Very nice place to stay. They really put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome and comfortable at Snug Harbor Inn. Our room was very clean and well maintained. It had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, silverware and dishes. There's also a fire pit and chairs in the back of the hotel next to the river that you can use. Fire wood is supplied and free to use. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Door County.
We had no problems at all. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Quiet. Fire pit and BBQ's available. Beautiful view of Sturgeon Bay. I could not be happier with our six night stay. It is a steal with water view. If I could select six stars I would.
