Professional, friendly and the service was superb! We walked in st 4:00 pm without an appointment with brake/rotor issues and were out the door by 5:00 pm. Just excellent service! Thank he whole staff was great!
I can not say enough about Kevin's Automotive. A great crew and staff that helps you along the way. Taking the time to explain (WITH PATIENCE) and show you what the problems are with the car in terms that you can understand. Scheduling the time can be a bit tough because they are very busy and booked at most the time. But...there are times they are able to squeeze you in if there are cancellations or spot opening depending on what needed to be done.
Vacationing in Door County and discovered my brake lights weren't working on my 1977 VW camper. Called several repair shops but no one had time. Happened upon Kevins garage and he took care of it while my wife and I walked around downtown. Very reasonable too. Highly recommended.
On vacation, flashing check engine light, cylander misfire. No one else would get us in, but Kevin did. He didn't want us to spend money on a rental car so he looked at it right away. Fixed the problem and had us on our way in less than an hour. Great service, price, and very friendly. If I lived in the area he'd get all my auto repair business. Thanks Kevin!
Waited forever in the lobby for someone to come out and meet me and didn't receive a call when they broke my calipers, save yourself some time and money and don't go here
