Very good place to live.
If I could, I would give Rachel Shiner 10 Stars for her outstanding job as manager & Derek for his job in maintenance!! My husband & I were living in Illinois when we found this community on the internet. We were anxious thinking about handling everything long distance. However, Rachel was able to set our minds at ease by answering all of our questions and was so helpful in making our move stress free. Then, once we were moved in and needed to make a few minor changes... Derek arrived within minutes after we called to complete them! We had visions of what it would be like living here, but once we moved in we realize it is far better than we had hoped! It is so beautiful, peaceful and the people are so friendly. We couldn't recommend this community any more highly!
I love it here. Management is wonderful and helpful.
Moved into a new rental here. Had to fix the garbage disposal, clothes washer, and bathroom mirror upon moving in. The trim around the doors was was falling off and the seems between wall boards was as well. The GFI INTERUPTION outlets were put in areas without water while normal outlets were put near water sources. Had to beg for a fire extinguisher for 3 months before we got it. Now to the outside...there are homes with large piles of junk outside but yet we are singled out because we have a newer car that doesnt run and have been saving to fix. This place is a not what it seems and the mangement can be discriminatory.
Wonderful quiet peaceful place to stay full-time or summer home....
