Wouldn't recommend. I had a very poor customer experience in addition to them not honoring the a free movie for an A. There are better things to do in Door County than go to this business.
Love renting our movies from here. Something nostalgic about going to the movie store and walking around looking at all the movies. They have great deals and a wonderful staff! Always greeted with a smile and treated like gold! We will always go here versus Redbox, it may be an extra dollar but totally worth it!
Always seem to have the latest rentals. Much better selection than Redbox kiosks in the area.
Employees are welcoming and friendly. We enjoy coming here.
First off they didn't take the security devices off of the DVDs so we couldn't watch them. Then were told over the phone we would get full credit back for them but when we brought them back the next day they said they would only give us $5 of the $13 they previously stated. Horrible costumer service and staff!
