Really bad customer service . Bad experience with food. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. Will never be back again. This was very unfortunate for us because we were regulars. Oh well . God is still good. Praying for a Wing stop to open up in Sturgeon bay...
We are very pleased with everything with this Pizza Hut. The service was excellent and so was the food. Delivered to our hotel room early. When we come back to Sturgeon Bay we will order again.
Fast delivery but was told I could pay with card at the time of delivery and the driver refused to take card. No napkins or anything else delivered or offered either.
Can not deliver accurate food orders to save their lives. Multiple incidents regarding orders that were not correct. The last is the condescending tones and words they use with customers and shoddy online ordering which never "works" on their end. I would never recommend this establishment. Not even worth the one star.
Managers are disrespectful will manipulate and lie to you. Your food has most likely been on the floor I've seen food be dropped and picked right back up and put in consumers hands and friars and ovens. Would not recommend here you want better service and food go to sonny's pizza they will take care of you and guarantee fresh food that hasn't been on the floor. There's so much wrong with this building I feel that it needs to be taken down especially the way they treated an employee. So I will never be going back. Just because the food taste good doesn't mean that it is. Like I said I've seen food fall and not been cared about
