Econo offers a nice variety of foods in a well-organized store. They have a selection of local products and have their own bakery and deli. I have seen produce from other countries for sale in other stores, when the same things are grown locally. Their fried chicken and potato salad are great.
A great Grocery Store where all the locals go to buy their groceries and see one another... nothing comes closer to family then a grocery store where everybody shops... 5 star service, hands down...
I love Econo foods. Their meat is the best of any other grocer in the area. There's a hot food area that I try to stay away from because I can't resist the fried chicken. I've never had a bad experience at Econo.
I like this place. The food is higher quality than Walmart and their workers don't have that abused look you see in other big grocery stores. Nice bakery too, probably where I'd recommend anyone in town go to pick up groceries - especially because they don't have those self-check scanners which are blatantly anti-worker.
Great selection of products for a smaller-than-your-big-box grocery store. They also have local products available on a seasonal basis.
